They smile when you pass around them
And make you feel they care about you
Their lips are filled with bitter words
Which are suppressed by their fake attitudes

Inside them are full of rage and anger
But they make you think everything is all right
With them life seems so attractive and feels like a bed of roses
But when you lay down on them, the thorns gore into your flesh

They pretend to agree on everything you do
But deep inside conceal bitter thoughts of you
Inside their eyes you can see tears of anger
But their smiles go an extra mile to cover for this malpractice

I am fed up with all these under cover pretenders
And wish someone could be normal for once
Why do we pretend with each other
When we all know what this evil word means

All pretenders are to be tortured by their own words
Because the motions of their spirits are dull
And their affections are as dark as night,
If you know one of this nature, let no such man be trusted!
